We're two names under one roof on Mansell Road in Roswell: Juice Time and Papa Kanafa. Come for the kunafa, stay for the juice.
Juice and kunafa together
Order a kunafa and a juice to go with it. Awarr Qalb is the one a guest had next to theirs and called so refreshing.
The kunafa
It's the reason the shop is named for Papa. Guests tell us it's crispy and fresh, with stretchy cheese, and some say it reminds them of home in Amman or Lebanon.
Sharing a dessert platter
If you're coming with friends, get the assorted mini pancakes and the kanafa dessert platter and put them in the middle of the table.
The Roswell room
Pull up a table and stay a while. Plenty of our guests treat it as their spot to hang out and eat desserts.
